Return & Refund Policy

At KIDSOM, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully select original and safe products for children, but if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

Exchange or Return Window

You may request an exchange or return within 4 days of delivery. Requests made after 4 days will not be accepted.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or delivery receipt) must be provided
  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned after the 4-day window
  • Items without original packaging or tags

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 4 days of receiving your order via our Contact page or WhatsApp
  2. Provide your order details and reason for return/exchange along with photos of the item
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days
  4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup through PostEx at no additional cost to you
  5. Once the item is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed or a refund will be issued

Refunds

Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
